Account deletion

This page explains how to delete your account in the KAD ONE app and website (developer — KAD ONE LLC) and the related data. There are two ways — choose whichever is convenient.
Option 1. Delete on the web
- Sign in to your account at kad-one.com.
- Go to your profile page.
- Click the “Delete account” button.
- Confirm deletion in the pop-up window.
Option 2. Delete in the mobile app
- Open the KAD ONE app and sign in.
- Go to the “Profile” tab.
- At the bottom of the screen tap “Delete account” and confirm.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the related personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized, including:
- profile data (name, phone, email, company name);
- vehicle data (for carriers and drivers);
- uploaded documents and photos;
- loads, offers, orders, chat messages and ratings associated with the account.
Some data may be retained for the periods required by law (for example, for accounting purposes), after which it is deleted. Account deletion is irreversible.
